Versatility to the maximum! Cut metal or liner without any setup. Cut your metal on bed 1 and your liner on bed 2. You can also convert the machine to cut metal or liner on the entire 20 plus foot cutting area.

The Vi-Stream Waterjet Liner Cutting System combines the fastest, most accurate liner-cutting technology with VICON's exceptional engineering and software development capabilities to produce huge volumes of liner including but not limited to Armaflex® and K-Flex® insulation.
This table is able to handle any type of liner and is offered with a standard 5’ x 10’ cutting area. Optional table sizes include 5’ x 20’, 6' x 10' and 6' x 20'.

Cutting Software Program for Windows
The ViSoft software is menu-driven and user-friendly. Written and supported by Plasma Automation's experienced team of in-house programming engineers, we are consistently enhancing and updating the Vicon program to continue to bring users the latest and greatest in functionality.
Features include a full array of shapes with user-defined libraries, Super Nest and common line cutting for the ultimate in material utilization, time saving DXF file importing including Auto Kerf and Auto Lead-In, and a true CAD sketch program…to name a few.
